The foundation of TrendCycles goes back to 1990, with the individual company "Weill Trading" incorporated.
In 1993, a conversion into Weill Trading GmbH, a joint-capital company followed with the incorporation of the head office in Zug.
In February 2001, the company's name was changed to TrendCycles.com in accordance with its internet domain.

The company founder and CEO, Frederic Weill, holds 90 % of the original capital. 
He possesses a solid bank and brokerage background with over 25 years of experience in the industry.
